Richard Alvarez

Richard Alvarez has experienced firsthand the tremendous growth in both residential and commercial real estate in the Coachella Valley. As a twenty-seven year resident and business entrepreneur Rich has managed, owned and operated several businesses here including three full service insurance Brokerages. As a well respected and established business leader, Rich is also known as a warm, honest and trustworthy person and Coach by all his clients as well as his many personal friends and colleagues. An interesting note, Rich grew up in the SF Bay area and loves sports, especially golf, and was inducted as a pitcher in the Major League Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, New York as a youth and is currently certified as an LPGA Golf Instructor.
